aja Strandhotel Bansin

The former Travel Charme Strandhotel Bansin now operates as aja Strandhotel Bansin. It stands on the promenade and offers an indoor pool with a children’s basin and its own sauna area. The seasonal kids’ club and pools matter when comparing hotels with different minimum guest ages.

Key takeaways

• The current hotel name is aja Strandhotel Bansin.
• The indoor pool includes an integrated children’s basin.
• A Finnish sauna, aromatic bath and steam bath are available.
• The operator allows dogs on request; Booking states a different rule.

Families have dedicated facilities within the hotel

The hotel is at Bergstraße 30 in Bansin with access to the promenade and beach. The operator lists a seasonal kids’ club for children from age 2. Club dates need checking for the travel period when childcare affects the hotel choice. The children’s basin connects to the indoor pool. The pool area opens from 07:00–22:00 for hotel guests, including children. Splash times for livelier pool play are 09:00–11:00 and 14:00–16:00. Minors can use the sauna only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

The hotel’s sauna area includes a Finnish sauna, an aromatic bath (40 °C) and a steam bath. Breakfast offers are available; included meals depend on the selected rate.

Under the shared sauna and steam-bath definition, at least two rooms can be identified with certainty: the Finnish sauna and crystal steam bath. The aromatic bath is not clearly classified as a sauna or steam bath and is listed separately.

The dog policy needs confirmation before booking

The current operator FAQ permits dogs on request for € 25 per dog per night. The checked Booking house rules instead state that pets are not allowed. Confirm dog access for the selected room and rate; general operator permission does not guarantee either.

Extra service	Condition
Dog according to operator	€ 25 per dog per night, on request
Hotel parking and underground garage	€ 17 per day in the hotel FAQ; central FAQ says per night, confirm billing unit
Garage clearance	2.40 m

“4-star Superior” is a portal claim from Booking. This does not confirm a Hotelstars classification. No entry was found in the checked Hotelstars register under either its current or former name. The wellness rules and operator FAQ set out the practical conditions.
